Anneliese Louise van der Pol - one of the most well-known American born Dutch performer and actress is the daughter of a Dutch national. She is best known for her roles in the theatre as well in the role of Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch origin she is an American actor and singer best known for her recurring roles on the television series That's So Raven. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B renditions for The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella, A Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes in The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. She also performed the Disney song Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) in an edition of Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance as Belle van der Pol recorded many songs that were featured in the musical's score, including the iconic A Change in Me.
